Consult
It all starts with a conversation. We work to understand every detail of your vision, ambitions, and budget to draw up plans that echo your brand values and revitalise your spaces. After all, your workspace should reflect your values, culture and people.
Translate

The translation stage is all about turning your expectations into a reality. Our consultation process will have provided us with all the information we need: your requirements, wishes, budget, branding and company ethos. When we have all this, it’s time to create a design that’s tailored to you. We can then pre-empt any challenges and map out time scales that work for you. This leaves you safe in the knowledge that your project will run smoothly to bring your vision to life. 

Build

Through implementing and managing the process-build and cost-management of your project, we can take the stress out of realising your new dream workspace. We’ll handle furniture and technology procurement, all refurbishment responsibilities whether it’s CAT A, CAT B or dilapidation works. That leaves you safe in mind that the work will be completed quickly, efficiently and with love and care without any stress. 

Design

We’ll create a plan, followed by a 3D concept of your new office to help you visualise what a future-focused workplace that echoes your personality looks like. Together, we’ll tweak plans to make sure every inch of the space is optimised for performance and limitless possibility.

The difference between CAT A and CAT B

When talking about all things office fit out related, you may come across the terms Cat A and Cat B, so let’s simplify the terminology for you. 

CAT A works entail creating empty spaces, ready for you to furnish and move into. 

Cat B works go one step further, readying every detail of the space for your workforce, including furniture, technology and decorative touches.
